The woman at the front desk immediately helped me with my luggage, making check-in a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I loved the breakfast that was delivered to my room each morning, it was delicious and filling. The hotel's proximity to popular areas like the Plaka and Monastiraki made exploring Athens so convenient. The staff went above and beyond when there was a transportation strike, ensuring that I was able to get a taxi to my ferry port. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

Excellent location for exploring Athens on foot, close to shopping areas and attractions. Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with a cozy bed. Breakfast was delivered promptly to our room every day and was satisfying. Front desk staff was helpful and efficient, especially during transportation strike. a great stay.

My stay at Vol.5 was absolutely fantastic! The room was spacious and clean, and the shower was amazing. The hotel's location in the heart of Athens was perfect, as everything I wanted to see was within walking distance. The trendy boutique vibe of the hotel added a nice touch to my stay. The breakfast room was cute and the breakfast itself was generous, especially the fresh orange juice. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of parking and noise from the street at night, I would definitely recommend Vol.5 to anyone visiting Athens. it was a great experience and I would definitely stay again.

Central location, walking distance to shops and hop-on-hop-off station, helpful receptionist, fantastic and ample breakfast. Luxurious, spacious room with top-tier appliances, attention to detail, great value, lovely and helpful owner/staff. Fantastic find, well-positioned location, tastefully decorated room, modern bathroom, comfortable beds. Lovely staff, perfect for couples and families, memorable stay, would definitely return.

The location was great - just a short walk from the bus station and the old town. Transportation to Diocletian's palace was easy.

This hotel provided great value for money, with its modern design and attention to detail. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with a modern bathroom. The location was superb, right in the center of the city, just off the main pedestrian street and really close to Syntagma metro station. The staff was friendly and the breakfast provided was delicious, especially the fresh orange juice.

All was perfect, nothing to complain about.

They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable and gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was conveniently located in a trendy area close to popular neighborhoods. We were able to easily explore the city and visit all the main attractions within a short walking distance. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, offering a cozy seating area for relaxation.

One downside of the hotel was the lack of an elevator. It was quite challenging to bring our luggage up the stairs, especially for older or less physically able guests.

Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast that was brought directly to my room each morning. It was a nice touch and helped me start my day off right.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the first was the lack of storage space in the bathroom.
